Alu chi patal bhaji
It is a curry like dish made from Alu (colocasia leaves). It is a balance of sweet, sour and spicy flavors. Generally eaten with roti or rice.
Panchamrut
It literally means mixture of 5 things. Typically made with karela, jaggery, tamarind, spices, dry fruits etc in a way that it combines all the tastes. It is eaten as a side dish (more like a chutney).
Mirchi cha thecha
It is a super spicy dish made by just grinding green chilies and ground nuts. It is too spicy to be eaten by itself, and generally eaten with roti or bhakri.
Pithale
It is gravy of custard like consistency made from gram flour, onion and turmeric. Eaten with bhakri or rice.
Sabudana Khichdi
Sabudana khichadi is an Indian dish made from soaked Sabudana. It is typically prepared in parts of Western India such as Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, & Maharashtra. It is a snack made from soaked sago, potatos and ground nut powder. It is usually made during fasting days like Navratri, Mahashivratri, Ekadashi or Chaitra Navratri.
Bharle Vange
It is a curry made with stuffed brinjals. The stuffing contains ground nut powder, spices etc. which is a typical Hyderabadi style dish. This recipe needs a bit more oil which makes it delicious and am sure the pictures explain that.
